Shipping options and fees

We currently offer shipments only within Belgium. 

Standard delivery (bpost)          7.50 €

• Standard package with a unique tracking code.
• Takes about one to several working days from the shipment placement.
• Delivery during working days. 
• Check out My Preferences at bpost for your settings on how you receive your percel.
  
  

Personal pickup             FREE

• You can collect your purchase at our collaboration partners in Mechelen.
• We currently work with one partner in Mechelen, but the number of our partners and the covered cities/regions will increase in the future.
• You can visit our partners anytime during their opening hours, without an appointment. 
• We will ask you at which partner you want to collect your purchase. You will receive an confirmation email once your purchase is ready to collect.
• To plan your pickup smoothly, you may be adviced to check with our partners for their actual opening schedules especially during the holiday seasons.

• Kaffefabrik (Haverwerf 1 Spar Lamot, 2800 Mechelen)
  MON-FRI  8:00-16:00
  SAT  8:00-18:00
  SUN  8:00-13:00

Note:

• Working days = Monday through Friday except for public holidays.
• You will always receive a notification email with detailed instructions on the shipping option of your choice.
