Shipping options and fees

We currently offer shipments only within Belgium. 

Standard delivery (bpost)          7.50 €

• Standard package with a unique tracking code.
• Takes about one to several days from the shipment placement.
• Delivery during working days. 
• Check out My Preferences at bpost for your settings on how you receive your percel.
  
  

Bicycle delivery             3.00 €         * For residents at postal code 2800

• Toridori delivers your package to your address by bike.

• Delivery during working days between 13:30 and 16:30.

• We will ask you when you are available for the next 7 working days, so that we can come to your address when you are at home. To give your dates, please use Additional note section at the order platform. You will receive a notification email the day before our arrival.

• This is an option under trial and the covered area is very limited at this moment. But if this method is successful, we may expand this option to bigger areas.
  
  

Personal pickup             FREE

• You can collect your purchase at our collaboration partners in Mechelen.
• You can visit our partner anytime during their opening hours, without an appointment. 
• We will ask you at which partner you want to collect your purchase. You will receive an confirmation email once your purchase is ready to collect.
• Current partners:
• Kaffefabrik (Haverwerf 1 Spar Lamot, 2800 Mechelen)
  MON-FRI  8:00-16:00
  SAT  8:00-18:00
  SUN  8:00-13:00

Note:

• Working days = Monday through Friday except for public holidays.
• You will always receive a notification email with detailed instructions on the shipping option of your choice.
